Payment

To make a reservation we require an initial deposit of 10% (of total value - minimum £100). The remaining balance is payable in full 21 days prior to your date of arrival.

Amendments
An amendment charge of £25.00 will apply to any changes once your reservation has been made. Amendments made within 21 days of your arrival date will be treated as a cancellation if the stay is shortened (see below). Extensions of your stay within the 21-day period will be accepted subject to availability and payment of the amendment fee.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit but will deduct a 50% administration charge.  This is providing that we receive and acknowledge your written notification prior to the 21 days (see above).
Should your cancellation be made within the 21 day period, a refund may be made at the discretion of the apartment management, should we be able to re-let the apartment. *
We shall not offer refunds for non-arrivals or for earlier than planned for departures. For this reason we recommended you take out adequate insurance.

Security Deposit
Guests are required to provide a credit card imprint either prior to or on arrival. This is to cover the cost of any potential damages / breakages during the stay as well as any additional unpaid charges - telephone, broadband etc. All additional charges should be settled prior to your departure.

Arrival / Departure Times

Your check -in time is between 14.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs and your check- out is 11.00 hrs.
Should you require an earlier or later check-in then we should be advised at the earliest opportunity and will be strictly subject to availability.
If you wish to guarantee an early check-in then we recommend that the apartment is booked from the previous night.
We do not have the facility to store luggage either prior to or after your stay.
